Lorne Genome T-Shirt Design Competition
The Lorne Genome committee is pleased to announce we have a winner for the t-shirt design Competition.
Congratulations to Lindus Conlan - a Post doc at St Vincent's Institute in Melbourne.
The image comes from a little creature called the Argonauta nodosa, or more informally known as the Knobby Argonaut or Paer Nautilus, which is a type of pelagic octopus.
The shell is actually a brood chamber and buoyancy device used by the female. They occasionally wash up on the beaches around Lorne.
Well done Lindus - a $50 itunes voucher will be presented at the Conference. We hope all delegates enjoy wearing the design.
